About Us:

Bright Fire & EMS is a combination department made up of dedicated career, part-time and volunteer personnel. We are proud to serve residents across northeastern Dearborn County, including the communities of Bright, Hidden Valley, Logan Twp, Miller Twp, Harrison Twp. Our department responds to a wide range of emergencies, providing fire protection and emergency medical services to a growing and diverse population.

Bright Fire & EMS operates out of three strategically located stations:

• Station 81 – 23759 Brightwood Drive, Lawrenceburg, IN

• Station 82 – 21466 State Line Road, Lawrenceburg, IN

• Station 83 – 25991 Unity Drive, West Harrison, IN

Our apparatus fleet includes 3 ALS ambulances, 1 75′ quint, 2 engines, 2 tankers, 1 brush unit, and 2 support vehicles. We maintain 24/7 staffing at Station 81 and rely on a combination of volunteer/off-duty firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, at the other 2 stations.
