Established in 1948, the Bright Fire Department is committed to protecting the lives and property of our residents and visitors. We proudly offer a wide range of emergency services, including fire suppression, auto extrication, technical rope rescue, confined space rescue, ice rescue, water rescue, and hazardous materials response. In addition, we focus on fire prevention and community education to promote safety and preparedness.

Our coverage area includes the communities of Bright and Hidden Valley, as well as Miller Township, Logan Township, and Harrison Township. Operating from three strategically located stations, our department maintains a well-equipped fleet consisting of two engines, two tankers, one quint, one rescue, two support vehicles, and one brush truck—ensuring a prompt and effective response to emergencies throughout our service area.
